What is INTEGRAE Group?
INTEGRAE is the integration of three engineering firms —ACH SLP, PLENUM Ingenieros and EURING/MAGERIT— that have worked together for years and today operate as a single structure. We have been delivering projects together for over 20 years: now we simply unite into one structure to build synergies.
We combine technical soundness, real production capacity and specialized teams to take on increasingly complex building-services projects, ensuring quality, coordination and an effective response to demanding deadlines.
We work as a single, coordinated and efficient structure, with a clear point of contact for each client. Our independence from financial groups, manufacturers or industry players lets us make decisions with one sole objective: to deliver the best technical service and defend our clients' interests.
The group is built on three core pillars:

The context
Why now?
What we want is to standardize the structure we have been working with together for over 20 years. We are not starting from scratch: we are consolidating a proven collaboration —its teams, its processes and its way of working— into a single entity. Our aim is to organize and give continuity to that model —one structure, one point of contact— to gain coordination, capacity and solidity on every project.
The growing complexity of building projects —especially in building services— now demands combining a high technical level with real production capacity and teams able to respond to demanding deadlines and services.

Great technical complexity
Today's buildings incorporate increasingly integrated, specialized and interdependent installations. A precise technical definition from the earliest stages is therefore key to avoiding rework, clashes and later deviations.

Demand for BIM production
BIM methodology requires modelers with specific technical knowledge of building services. It is the backbone of project coordination and development, and a decisive factor in its quality.
